RETREAT BOOKING PROCESS

Unfortunately we do not hold dates for bookings as we are a very busy retreat space and blocking dates for period of time puts our business in a situation where we cannot take another booking. This means we potentially miss out on another booking that is ready to proceed - we do hope you understand.

All bookings are invoiced upon booking and payment is due within 48 hours or your dates maybe forfeited

Our Booking Process

Once you have decided on dates - we then block this out for you in our booking calendar

  1. We will then invoice you and secure the dates in our booking calendar
  2. We require 50% payment upon booking, and the remainder is paid 30 days prior to your retreat stay
  3. Once payment is made - we send through a booking confirmation and set you up on our Retreat Planning System
  4. Please read our Terms and Conditions below re cancellations

CANCELLATION FEES – FOR WEBSITE ACCOMMODATION

The cancellation policy is applicable to whole or part cancellation of bookings.
A $250 Administration fee applies to all accommodation cancellations.

For a booking cancelled within 60 days of your stay, the administration fee plus 50% of the rental is charged.
For a booking cancelled 30 days or less prior to your stay, the total rental is retained.

CANCELLATION FEES – FOR RETREAT ACCOMMODATION

The cancellation policy is applicable to whole or part cancellation of Retreat booking.
A $800 Administration fee applies to all Retreat cancellations.

For a booking cancelled within 60 days of your Retreat, the total rental is retained

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING ASSURANCES:

The Summer House Retreat only uses Third Party Professional Cleaning Services
The Summer House Retreat only uses Third Party Professional Laundry Services
Hand wash is provided complimentary in our venue

Other Terms:

  1. We are not an Event Venue – we are only accommodation for holiday makers and retreat hosts
  2. We have a strict no party policy.
